Kwazi Supply and Projects (KSP) is a proudly South African company founded in Mpumalanga. Founded by a passionate and conscientious quality assurance and control professional, KSP (as it has been fondly called )has been lead and driven by value generation and client fulfillment from its humble beginnings. The company has become synonymous with project execution excellence and competitive pricing. It attributes its performance to its well established information and research database and the nurturing of relationship with clients
From a young age Kwazi was bitten by the entrepreneurship bug, while in high school Kwazi sold sweets at school to make some extra pocket money. He had managed all the dynamics of his "business" from the supply chain, advertising , pricing and a thorough understanding of his market. From then Kwazi pursued ,several informal business ventures including food deliveries and building maintenance.
Influenced by living in a predominantly industrial town, Kwazi went on to pursue a career in welding quality control after completing his matric. He started his working career at SEMFRA Construction ,he later joined Babcock ,Dekra and Murray and Roberts Power and Energy. Eventually after dedicating himself to the quality assurance and control profession, he took the decision to cement his childhood ambitions and drive by starting his own company, Kwazi Supply and Projects in 2015.
Kwazi Tshabalala has his ambitions set on changing and impacting the landscape of business in the country at large. Kwazi is versatile and growth orientated, he has easily adapted to the needs of the business on every front. This is evident in his leadership and work ethic. He is consistently looking into new business opportunities, while dedicating himself to the business operations effectively at all times. His team describes him as open-minded and humble, his style of leadership as "uplifting" and "catalytic".

Maintenance Philosophy
We carry out planned, preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on most engineering systems applying the basic maintenance strategies listed
below;
Planned maintenance (PdM) strategy is based on measuring the condition of the equipment in order to assess when it is likely to fail. Plant equipment will be monitored remotely through equipment monitoring systems and site-based plant inspection testing. The preventative maintenance (PM) methodology consists of regular and routine inspection and maintenance activities of the system components in order to keep the plant running and prevent unplanned shutdowns from unexpected equipment failure.
Corrective maintenance (CM) strategy is conducted as a result of equipment failure. Tasks under this scope include replacement, rework and unplanned maintenance work. Work under this strategy is identified from conduction predictive and planned maintenance work.
